EcoChic Home Transitions was founded by Diana Tuer early in 2009, but Diana has been an Environmental Science Consultant for many years.  She has worked in the oil and gas industry of Alberta and Saskatchewan, and with a local Okanagan environmental consulting company.  Diana lives an eco-conscious lifestyle, and wanted to use her resources to begin a new phase in her career.  Through the years she has been told she has a flair for home design and real estate, so she started the ball rolling and became a CSP Certified Home Staging Professional. 

Diana recognized through her work, the needs of the transitioning senior and became a CSMMS Certified Senior Move Manager.  Recently she has been asked to instruct  the CSP Green Build Science program, "Live Green-Live Smart", and is an upcoming member of the National Association of Senior Move Managers.

Diana and her husband, an ex-professional hockey player and current NHL hockey scout, moved to the Okanagan nearly two years ago.  Due to both their careers, she is particularly familiar with downsizing, moving and preparing homes for sale.  She is delighted to use this experience to help others with their unique home transition, whether it is preparing your home for sale, or moving and adjusting to your new environment from a long time home.
