basic consultation 

Our services start with an evaluation your home and your staging needs.  This initial visit will usually take anywhere from 1 1/2 hours to 3 hours, depending on the size of your home.  We will then provide you with a detailed report, outlining the goals and time frame for completion.

The fee for this service is based on the square footage of your home and our hourly rate.  You can then decide on how much or how little help you need, to complete the suggested changes.

final staging services 

Once the initial work (packing, painting, de-cluttering) is done, we will come in for final Staging to rearrange furniture, dress up and accessories your rooms and put the finishing touches on your home.  EcoChic Home Transitions has an extensive rental inventory available, to enrich the spaces of your home.  Artwork, silk plants and accessories help set the stage for a successful open house.

The fee for this service will be an all-inclusive flat fee that will cover all the costs associated with final staging.  A detailed proposal will be provided after the initial consultation.

vacant home staging

Buyers often find it difficult to envision themselves living in a cold, vacant house where every flaw stands out.  Using rental furniture and our inventory of accessories, we will turn your cold, vacant house into an inviting home.  We can stage one room or your entire house, depending on your needs and budget.

We will supervise all cosmetic work, if needed, and our fee includes final staging, delivery and take down of furniture.  Once we view your property we will provide you with a proposal, that will include all staging fees and rental fees associated with inventory placement.
