How It Works 

Whether you want us to do it all, or just want help with certain tasks, we can customize our services to fit your unique situation and needs.  We will come to your home to do a free initial consultation, and then we will provide you with a customized plan, outlining schedule and estimate of costs for your transition.

The plan will begin with the number one priority, de-cluttering.  We encourage you to select the most practical and well-loved items to take with you if possible.  The goal is to simplify, while still surrounding yourself with things you love.   We understand that every item may have a cherished memory, so we provide an objective yet compassionate approach to support you through these decisions.

We visit your new home to take measurements and photographs, and prepare a floor plan which will guide us throughout the sorting process.  The goal is to re-create your living environment so that it is comfortable and familiar.  If any repairs or updates are needed at the new home, we will provide or supervise the work.  If utilities such as telephone, cable, internet etc. are required, we can book and oversee these details for you.

We book sorting sessions, a few hours at a time.  We tag every item: keep, sell, donate, auction, family, recycle or dispose.  We break down the work into manageable time lines so it is less daunting and overwhelming.  We consider your choices, and work with you to find the best possible solutions.

We pack your items going to your new home, and book a moving company.  We oversee the move throughout the entire process, and unpack your items at your new home.  We set up electronics, hang your artwork, make your beds and hang up your clothes.  We unpack it all!  You relax.

We recommend or work with your Realtor, to prepare your existing home for sale.  If repairs or updates are required, we can provide or supervise the work on your behalf.  As Certified Staging Professionals, we will showcase your home, to connect quickly with prospective buyers, to ensure a higher return on your life long investment. 

Environmentally friendly cleaning of your home is completed after the move, and can also be performed at the new home if needed.
